The fees payable annually for registration purposes are defined in Sections 6 and 7 of the Tourist Accommodation Regulation. These fees are payable upon receipt of the notice.
Effective January 1st, 2026:
The fee for a registration or renewal for a Primary Residence Establishment is $54.
The fee for a Youth Tourism Accommodation Establishment registration or renewal is $131.
The fee for a General Tourist Accommodation Establishment registration or renewal is $156.

The Ministry of Tourism recently announced amendments to theTourist accommodation Regulation aimed at strengthening compliance and streamlining certain administrative procedures. Some of these measures have already come into effect as of spring 2026, while others will come into effect on September 1, 2026.
